The network goes live on August 1: how to get ready

The day we've been preparing for is almost here. On Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 15:00 UTC (12:00 noon Argentina time), the Brisvia network goes live. From the very first block, anyone can mine with the processor of an ordinary computer — no premine, and no coins reserved for the creators.

If you want to take part from the start, the most important thing is to get everything ready in advance. Below is a short checklist, the links to the tools, and what to expect on the day.

How to get ready

  • Download Brisvia Desktop ahead of time — always from brisvia.com — and verify it.
  • Create or restore your wallet and keep your 12 words safe and offline.
  • Decide whether you'll mine solo or in the pool. If you prefer the terminal, there's also a command-line miner and Brisvia XMRig.
  • On launch day, keep the app open — mining starts on its own once the network is live.

What to expect in the first minutes

For safety, the first block's work opens a couple of minutes after the start, so the very first block usually appears a few minutes past the launch time. With many people connecting at once, things may feel slow at first — that's completely normal. If you want to check the exact network parameters, they're on the integration page.

A fair launch, and one reminder

Everyone begins under the same public, verifiable rules, from block 1. There was no presale and no head start for anyone. One last reminder: never share your 12 words with anyone, and only download from brisvia.com.
